This was no doubt a challenging conversation to have, but I'm grateful to Dr. Lindsay Weisner (Ten Steps to Finding Happy: A Guide to Permanent Satisfaction) for the chance to speak about it on Psychology Today's Neurotic Nourishment podcast.
